Maria Mazzocco from Molise immigrated to Toronto 42 years ago with her husband Gino, her in-laws and her children. She initially lived in the centre of Toronto, then she moved to North York, where she still lives. She has grown her garden since her husband and her in-laws passed away, with the help of her neighbours. They often gather in their gardens for company.
